Curriculum Design and Development

As a Creative Curriculum Designer, my work involves transforming complex business concepts into measurable, high-impact learning assets for major publishers and higher education institutions, and ultimately for other faculty to use. 

Some of my best projects include: 

1. Higher Education Content and Textbook Support

I've provided content assets directly to publishers, ensuring their core products (textbooks, e-books, and workbooks) are usable and effective for faculty in undergraduate and graduate business coureses. Some companies and projects include:

• Pearson Education: Undergraduate Textbook Supplements
  • Created 12 comprehensive undergraduate textbook supplements (test bank pools) to help facilitate faculty adoption and ease-of-use for core business courses.
• Business Books Workbooks: Lead Author & Designer
  • Served as the lead author and designer of six undergradaute workbooks, transforming textbook theory into practical, application-focused exercises and learning materials.
• Pearson Education: Textbook Editing and Review
  • Operated as a textbook editor and reviewer to ensure pedagogical accuracy, content relevance, and clarity for upcoming and revised business textbooks and e-books. 

2. Faculty Resource Development and Course Material

I've developed ready-to-use resources that save faculty prep time, such as projects for:

• National Business Educators Association (NBEA) Resources
  • Developed extensive, ready-to-teach faculty resources, including dozens of guided lecture notes, accompanying assignments, and complimentary grading rubrics for critical Accounting and Economics courses.

3. Learning Management System (LMS) and Course Design

I've built or revamped full courses, or created course design for undergraduate and graduate programs, within the digital learning environment (primarily using BlackBoard and Canvas), for partners such as:

• Various Institutions and Academic Alliances: Academic Course Development (LMS)
  • Provided start-to-finish academic course development by creating or comprehensively revamping numerous undergraduate and MBA program courses directly within the institution's LMS.
