As a Subject Matter Expert (SME), my role is to act as the creative source that bridges complex industry knowledge with practical, instructional design needs. My industry experience across the 3Ms of Business (Management, Marketing, Money) allows me to deliver content that is not only current but immediately applicable.

1. Financial Insitution and Regulatory Compliance Training

I've continuously completed crucial work in banking and financial compliance, demonstrating a wide-reaching impact within the financial sector, such as:

• Banking Institute Association: Small Business Lending SME
  • Served as the lead SME for Small Business Lending, authoring over two dozen compliances courses distributed to a network of nearly 2,300 banks and financial institutions
  • Hosted a specialized banking webinar on a key industry and compliance topic

2. Live (and Recorded) Professional Development and Training

I've researched and delivered actionable training presentation and webinars, such as:

  • Designed and hosted numerous live (and recorded) webinars for professional development, directly training large audiences of bankers, HR managers, finance personnel, accountants, and senior business executives.
